Found the raddle
Waxing my truck tonite the vent covers below the windshield wipers are lose
tapping on the windsheild making it sound like it is coming from the top of the
windshield in side the truck no help from ford on this one

Cullen the cowl cover area seems to be a consistent problem for Ford products....I've had several Mustangs where the cowl cover clips were rubbing against metal underneath and it sounded like you had a rattle inside the windshield along the bottom edge.....took me awhile to find/fix that. Looking underhood, check the snaps that hold the cowl cover's front edge together - mine were not properly fastened and you could see where the cowl cover was not lined up properly.
