i need to know if there is a bracket that mount s the alternator?

Ther are different alternator mounts.
Upper > Lower

With Air Pump
W/O Air Pump.

You can look in my gallery under 77. I don't know if there is a good shot of the alt. bracket though.

Check my gallery. The only way I could figure to get you the picture was to put it in my gallery.

I happen to be rebuilding my 460 so I'm taking pictures from every angle to refer to later.

Funny thing happend to me concerning my 460 Alt, no smog pump.
The big bolt siezed in the Alternator housing. I had to work it back an forth, shooting the de-rusting juice into the cracks, and tapping it all with a small hammer, till finally I got the bolt to turn one full turn.
Then.. I got a 1/2" Air hammer on the job and got the Alternator off the engine.
I still had to drift the Bolt out of the Alternator.
