Question another exhaust question

I just ordered P/N XC2Z-5A212-AA cat delete pipe from fordparts.com for my 96 350. My question is what down pipe do I need (vendor and P/N ) to make this a simple bolt up? I also understand that the fire wall will need to be bent to make room for the down pipe. How much and how difficult? Also pros and cons on using ebv for exhaust brake? Thanks

tymarperformance will have the downpipe that will work just give dale a call he will set you up.

fire wall pinch weld is easy to beat out of the way. big pry bar and a hammer takes care of it. just basically have to fold the weld flat.

ebv for brake....im running a turbo with no ebpv so i cant help you there.

edward,

We have a pipe that has the two bolt flange to use your cat delete or you can get one of ours that eliminates the two bolt flange connection totally, makes for a little smoother flow etc. Ours has a little different cobra head that makes it install a little easier too than some others.

Call us if you have any questions etc.
