Booster Step

For those that might need another 8-10 inches of height when working/cleaning your truck, suggest using one of those "exerciser" steps. They are usually height adjustable and have a wide stable platform that doesn't move around much because of rubberized top and feet. Got mine at a yard sale for $2 and works great.
just thought i'd throw this idea out there

man, i was just battleing that issue night before last, when i was pullin my manifolds. i was on a alluminum step ladder, and i kept sliding around when i leaded over. thanks for the idea.

i use a step that attaches to the tire with a chain. makes for a safe stable 1 foot deep by 3 feet long platform.
got it on ebay for $40 last year.
