Chassis/suspension for EX Prototype knockoff.

First, I want one. An EX that is, and I can't wait for them to produce it. Soooo, does anyone have specs on the suspension or chassis (I'm especially interested in the transfer cases)? I'm in the process of designing a 4X4 knockoff to be built out of large dia. tubing, but I'm going to need a chassis and suspension to start from. Best guess is to use two sets of independent front suspensions from a truck or car with 4 wheel drive and fabricate a chassis around them. I don't want to use straight axles from a jeep or similar, but it is going to have to be tough-duty. Any ideas on what type of vehicle would have a heavy duty front independent suspension with a fixed differential that I could pull from a yard? Any engine/trans. suggestions would also be greatly appreciated.

Chassis/suspension for EX Prototype knockoff.

For an evaliable IFS look at GM pcik-ups, they should all use IFS, I think there were some Ford 4x4s with IFS, but I dought there were very many.

Where can I get more info. on a "EX"?
