2001 PSD Headlight problem

2001 PSD Headlight problem
Well this one might "spark" some conversation hopefully.......my left headlight lowbeam doesnt work have replaced the bulb, checked fuse in power distribution box tested with multimeter no power at light plug power at pdb but harness then goes to another box before going out to lights........any thoughts!?

Your left lowbeam is fed by a darkblue/white wire. This wire leaves the headlight plug and goes into the battery junction box, which is a fuse box under the hood. The fuse is a 10 amp fuse #9. The right lowbeam has it's own seperate fuse, and is a 10 amp fuse #11.
Both of these fuses are fed by a red/black wire, which comes from the headlight switch.
Since one of the lights work, the problem is going to have to be at the fuse box, or after the fuse box, since this is where the circuit splits into two.
