hitch ball specs

Ok, Heres another question. My hitch ball is 2-5\16 Husky v-5 and it says 6000 lbs on top of it, is this 6000 lb tounge weight or is this max trailer weight?

That's trailer weight. I've only known a few people with a 6000# tongue.

that is trailer weight. the tongue weight is on the hitch itself.

The tongue weight is usually 10% of the listed capacity of the hitch. If the hitch is listed @ 6000lbs, then the tongue weight would be 600 lbs.
