poor brakes/moved to the proper forum
my 1995 f250 has a brake problem wich is driving me nuts and i need help. last week i replaced the fromt pads only. after doing that i thought the master went bad cause i could not get a good pedal. so after i installed a rebuilt master i still had a bad pedal. then i rebuilt the front calipers. still the same. check the rear shoes for adjustment. they are good. figured the rebuilt master was bad and got another.... nothing.there is no air in the system. so i did a search and found a few guys had problems with the RABS valve. anyone pesonally had to change this? 150 from the dealer. thinking about going to the bone yard and find one to try. any other ideas???? thanks for your input. jack k

There's a special way you're supposed to bleed the RABS valve, do a search for it. It's a pain to deal with, honestly. Unless you drive on ice/snow in the winter, just ditch the ABS altogether.
