Engine/tranny Angle
I bolted the eng and tranny in today.It's a 62 with a 4.6 and IFS from an 04 Crown Vic.I'm reworking the tranny cross member and I realized I don't know what the h--- I'm doing. How do you measure the angle of the engine?What is the angle suspose to be?If I raise or lower the tranny brace I change the angle.
The rearend is not installed.I bought a round angle gauge but where do you put it? HELP PLEASE!!!!!! THANK YOU Larry

Well it does not work through this sites' "security" and monitoring system.
When I fwd the address it deletes several characters in 2nd drivelinephasing & replaces them with periods [ ..... ] instead. Too bad because the page is here on FTE which "protects us" from using it with it's security programs and monitoring practices.
Retype address above into true search engine like Yahoo or google, then you can get to page on Drive Line Phasing posted right here on FTE.
How dumb is that?
