Parts Question

Anybody out there help me? I have this part number and it's supposed to be a decal of some kind. I'd appreciate any help here.
Part #D7TZ-1020000CV. By the number it's '77 but beyond that I don't know.

It's available for purchase but I don't know what it is or looks like. Anything '77 always catches my attention.

Yes it is for a 77 Truck, but other than that, I don't know. You may be able to call a Ford dealer and have them look it up.
