I don't know about a place, but have you looked at the "rattle-can chrome"? It'd probably be cheaper and easy to do. That stuff has been getting better too. I have a buddy that used some of the High-Temp stuff on his headers and they look great!
I did rattle can chrome on mine for now, looks pretty good (surprised me). However, it isn't like actual chrome by any stretch. Check out Hemmings Motor News, if anyone is doing it they will be advertising in there under the 'services' section.
There was a company in Houma, LA called Color Brite that used to do Vacuum Plating & Die Cast plating, they also did re-anodization and repaired Stainless to some degree too. . . .
