Cap? Whadya think.
New water pump,new thermostst,new antifreeze.
After my truck gets good n hot needle at the r in
normal, its time to retire for the evening, by morning
get out to the truck(460cid) the upper radiator hose
is collapsed flatter than a pancake. Im suspecting its
the radiator cap seeling so tight that its not allowing
fluid to be sucked out of my overflow resevior into
the radiator. Whadya Think?

That would be my guess. On most pressure caps, the smaller metal inner ring under the cap is supposed to open under suction to allow coolant recovery. Try a new cap for $10, and it should be fine.
