dash lights?

my dash lights will not come on I checked and replaced the fuse, I used a light tester and it was hardly getting any power the light was very dim, any suggestions?

Check the adjustment for dimming your dash lights. Could be having a prob and not allowing for enough power to get to the dash lights.....or it could just be adjusted wrong.

My dash lights have slowly darkened, spreading out from the center of
the dash to where there is now just a little dash light on the outer
edges of my gauges.

~$45 off eBay and if you know what you're doing about an hour of labor. (I say "know what you're doing" because my first attempt on THIS truck took me about 4 total hours including re-adjusting the gauges since I forgot to note their position before I took them off.)
