Doesn't want to start
For what ever reason my 53 F-250 has recently decided not to start right up.
It used to start cold or hot with no problem what so ever. Lately I have to crank and crank to get it to start. I have replaced, points, rotor, cap & coil. Still starts hard. Dumped the sediment bowl and the it fills ok. If I dump a bit of gasoline in the carb it takes right off. Could it be time to do a rebuild on the carb? It seems to run fine once it starts.
