window run weatherstripping
I'm looking for a tool or a secret to replace the window run weatherstripping on my son's '77 F-100. I've been able to put one piece in the driver's door/vent window bar, but it was very difficult. Are there any tools available to make this easier, or is there a trick to installing the strip that goes down the rear and top of the door, and down inside it?

There's a trick to it.
It involves the loosening of the window and with an up & down movement of the glass to Coax (slide) the weather-stripping to its proper place.
