can i just take off the flywheel and bolt it on or do i need a pilot bearing of some sort..and if i do..wat does it take to put on?
I guess you already know you are going to have to change oil pans, oil pump pickup tube, and one of the main bearing hold-down studs. It's easy. What I would also do, is while you have the oil pan off the new engine, stick your finger up in the bottom of the timing cover and see how sloppy the timing chain is. I checked mine, and found it had a lot of play, so I went ahead and tore the front off the engine and replaced it. They used plastic coated timing gears that are famous for breaking apart.
