Full Length headers

I have 93 F150 302, and manual transmission... all the the full length headers I can find all are listed for the automatic transmission only.. the only ones I can find that say they will fit the manual tranny are the hooker 6050hkr shorties

has anyone tried putting the regular hooker, or flowtechs on one of these trucks? Just wondering what the complication with the manual tranny is, and If they can be made to accomadate the full length headers.

A buddy put flowtech longtubes on his 93. He has a 5-speed and the headers fit... He got them at o'reilly for $140.

I'm bidding on Long tubes right now made by Dynomax. I have shorties right now. What would the difference be?

I wonder that too, moose. I've heard shorites are good for low-end torque...dont know how true this is. What are you gonna do with your shorties...sell 'em?
