Hi I have a squeel when i crank up, and when i turn on my air conditioning. I looked and felt the pulleys last night and their was a glaze of liquid on my belt, so the pulleys the power steering is dry, but the compressor pulley is wet(a dry like grease). Could this be a mean to say my compressor is going, or my power steering pump is going?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

It only squeals when im goin around a turn, or when I have the air conditioning on.
