Is Super Run. Don`t forget , try to make it. It is one of the greatest if not the greatest displays of rods, customs, cars & trucks in Western Canada. Plan to spend hours there if you hope to see most of it. Great time and a great place to meet old/new friends, swap lies and have a great time! Also there is a used corral if you are looking for any new projects.
Heading south Thursday morning. Going to Biggar Thursday night, and then will go into S'toon Friday afternoon. We are staying at the Heritage Inn Friday and Saturday.
TRUCK LOOKS AWESOME .........for a tremclad paint job. Put the finishing touches on it tonight at 12:30.
My wife has been awesome too, she was out there sanding and grinding, helped with the taping and clean up and having a blast....long nights nights though.

Same here, looking forward to it. Now we have to get our butts in gear and do the same too. The frame has been on the stand for so long, don`t know if it can handle being on it`s wheels or not.
It sucks. I work shiftwork and working this weekend. Saturday at work til 9 pm. now. Seems I will miss most.
Maybe Friday evening I will pop by the heritage inn an look at your truck if it is around.
Have to be in city tomorrow Paying those bills, final payments on the wedding bands, get the license for marriage. Only 43 more days to go til the wedding.
It sure is going to be different with a wife after 13 years as a bacholor again.
Laynrubber kudos to you about your wife helping, you know us guys do not give our wives enough credit with our projects. If they help bonus, if they put up with our toys they deserve just as much a thank you.
By the way I have to get busy here and start a speech for the wedding. Lots of people to thank.
Went to the Heritage inn, At around 9:00 did not see Laynrubbers truck. Cross the street and saw a sweet restore 1970 Merc truck. I seen it around Saskatoon. It is biege in color.
Someone from Rgina had an Econoline truck there that they chopped the roof and had a 460 mounted in the back with the tranny going to a tranfer case to drive it. It was stripped to bare metal and still needed a lot of work. Not something I want to do to mine trucks.
Sure could of used the camera.
Hope Laynrubber posts some pictures of his truck with the paint job.

seen this econoline pu and looked to me that the motor is a 390/428 with twin super chargers. That would be one awesome ride!
