F250 2005 intake system
How come no one makes a bolt on intake system for the 05 5.4L, 3 Valve engine???? I thought my 03 system would work but i was wrong, under the hood is redesigned quite a bit.

And what are those funny banana shaped chambers on the intake ducting? Warts? I assume they are some kind of resonanating chambers? But why did they put them right in the way of the diesel 2nd battery tray? Would have been nice to just install the diesel tray and 2nd battery for us RV'ers.
And what happens warranty wise if I remove one of them?

Yeah i noticed that too...... I called MAC and they are checking as they tell me the 03-05 are the same but obviously not, i think he was referring to the 4.6L and not the 5.4L. Some has to have something right? Motorhaven doesn't list anything past 03.
