Well, I sent off for my build sheet, and it finally came. Well I've discovered that my truck was built to meet the standards of california and USAwhatever emissions. The build sheet informed me that my truck was built at the Norfolk truck plant on 6/11/1979. My question is, what state is the norfolk truck plant? Is it california?
