I have noticed when putting the old girl in the garage that when it glides to a stop there is some squeaking on the right side. Sounds sort of like a pad wear indicator, but looking through the access hole shows lots of pad left.
Dust gets trapped in and around the pads. If you feel like it you can take the wheels off and either take the hose to it or buy a can of brake cleaner and spray away. If that is the only time it is doing it I probably wouldn't worry about it.
Could be dust could be the wear tabs hitting the the rotor meaning time to get new pads before the rivets groove the rotors .only way to know is to pull the wheels and check them
cheers
Pull the wheel off and visually inspect the wear of the pad and the verify the wear indicator on the pad is not touching the rotor. Also if the rotor has heat marks, or if the pads have heat marks, that would also cause the brake pads to squeak.
