Steering Wheel Swap
Since my steering wheel is starting to show some wear and I don't like the feel of covers, I was wondering if a steering wheel from maybe an 04 F150 or from maybe even a Ranger would fit without too much hassle? I already know I'd have to deal with the airbag.

I was wondering about that. I have CC so I'd be looking for a wheel with CC. I have some doubts that any wiring harness necessary would be the same. But I can work around that. I basically just want to know if the spline is the same size.

I think it depends on the dealership. I bet it would work if you tried the swap. it could not hurt to ask the service adviser. The easiest and most inexspensive thing would be if you found a wrecked one in salvage yard with a good steering wheel buy it and go from there. You may be able to get the wiring and all that is needed for the job. Plus you the experence of removeing the steering wheel off the old truck.
