Just Returned from my Sabbatical
Hey all I just wanted to let you know about my five week road trip through the western US and Canada. Nine states, two Canada provinces, and 5500 miles later my truck is still running like I just took it out of the show room. The only bad thing was buying diesel in Canada, $.98 a liter (ouch). Highway 99 (Highway to the sky), which is between Whistler and Calgary was crazy ridiclous. I thought my brakes were going to fall off my truck while pulling my 15,000 lb trailer down the last grade. It was a 17% grade hill at and the bottom was a one lane bridge going left. I was very proud of my truck, it did awesome climbing up those big mountains. Powerstrokes are built to pull like big dogs!!!
