1994 E350 Storage ?
My dad has a 94 E350 diesel cargo van (like a U-haul) that he parks at my house under a big car port. He isn't going to use it much for the next few months. Would it be better to just let it sit or to start it up every few days or weeks? It has additive in the diesel, but don't know what else should be done. Any suggestions are welcome, don't know too much about diesels.

I would start it weekly, set the fast idle so you can run it at minimum 1500 rpm by using a 12v jumper. Run it for about 30 minutes, this should keep the batteries up, engine oiled and fuel system from drying out..... Do drain the filter of any water before putting it to bed......... Some members store them for months with no adverse effects, but an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure I say......
