2nd row noises
Was wondering if anyone else had the problem of the second row squeaking. I have a 04 XLT with leather. It seems to most of the time it comes from the center seat and if I pull it forward it helps, but not completely. I had it in the dealership twice while under warranty and it would go away for a few day and then be back. It drives me crazy to have a expensive vehicle doing that. Any help would be appreciated.

I have an 04 with leather and the 40-20-40 2nd row. My 2nd row seats were squeaking after my kids had been riding in the vehicle. It was a faint squeaking sound, but very noticeable when I was alone in the truck. I discovered that when the side seats were reclined all the way back, they were rubbing against the plastic wheel well trim behind the seats. When I uprighted the seats one "click" so they weren't touching the plastic, the sound went away. Not sure if this is the same thing you're hearing.
