PS Pump Issues

PS Pump Issues
I have had a whining noise coming from my engine bay since I bought my truck a year ago. Talked to a few people about it, and we all concluded that it was the PS pump, checked fluid, its full every oil change. Recently, the whining has became very loud and I can hear it over my exhaust now. The fluid is still full.
Is there anything I can do to quiet the pump or just wait for it to go out and replace it or is there something else I should look at??

Sounds like the pump to me, I would go ahead and replace it instead of waiting for it to go out. Never no where you will be when it goes out. I would check it out while it is running to see it there is a wobble in the pully, if there is it will tear your belt up as well and ifyou have a serpetine belt and it goes you loose every thing it runs. bad spot to be in.
