2000 explorer stalling/sputtering
I own a 2000 Explorer Eddie Bauer 5.0 w/ AWD 90,000 miles..was overhauled less than 3k miles ago..all new belts,fluids,filters,plugs,wires etc. Timing and shift points set to specs. Recently moved to Las Vegas from Ohio..(not ruling the heat issue out yet). At a dead stop it goes from running fine to almost dead.. revs down to about 300-500 rpms then back up again..at higher speeds it just drops quickly on occasion no increase in rpm's when i apply gas..then picks right back up. Temperatures are fine..all fluids are good except i noticed afterwards.. FUEL in the OIL from the elictrical problem so it seems. New IAC 8 months ago..Battery is good..Alternator is good...plenty of juice..no clue here...hasn't completed stalled out yet..I'm not sure if it has thrown a code into the computer..Fuel pressure is also good! Any suggestions would be much appreciated....
