Hi. I am wanting to covert my F350 2x4 to a 4x4 can you guys tell me what would be the best doner truck to by for the swap some one told me it had to be a 78 or 79 F250 or F350.to make it as easy as posbile is this true? Do all F250 have Dana 60 up front? Any help or info would great.

I would say getting a 78-79 4x4 truck and swapping your body would be the easiest. Most f250s have a dana 44 front 60 rear. The 60 front was an upgrade option luckily I have it but its not very common.
