Question A/C Recharge???

My 1999 F-150 with the 5.4 just doesn't blow cold air like it use to. I place a meat temp gauge in the vent when I had it on max air recycling, it read 60 degrees. How do I know if I need to add oil to the system or just 134a? Don't see any leaks with the naked eye. Also would probably be helpful if some one would confirm the location of the low pressure fitting so I don't blow up anything.
Thank You

The low pressure side is the one closest on the condesnor(?) on the passenger side. As for the other question, i'd just pick up one of those recharge kits that include the gauges (right around 40 dollars i think)

The fitting is in a really cruddy spot. Follow the thickest line coming out of the firewall. Right where this line goes into the firewall is the little fitting sticking out. It's pretty well hidden under some other component of the HVAC system.
