Is a 67-72 with a 73-79 bed on it.
And what's wrong with those guys that get a Ford truck and put a Chevy engine in it? Do they really want a good looking truck that breaks down a lot?
There used to be an old Ford that I'd see in town, all different colors from various body panels from various trucks. All beat to snot, looked like a tree fell across the front end. Had an old piece of plywood tied across the engine for a hood. The old guy wrote across his tail gate "Old Fords never die, they just look that way"
I had a 77 F-250 with the bed from a 63. That thing was butt ugly. Apparently a tree had fallen across the bed and damaged the top of the cab, so the owner cut the top of the cab with a jigsaw, then cut the top part of the 63 cab and screwed it down with sheet-metal screws, and then mounted the 63 bed. It was hideous, and painful inside, because I always wound poking myself on one of those screws pointing down at me.
