Where's the Tech Folder?

I'm searching for the PN's to add the missing hood blanket to my new F350. I've found posts saying to go to the "Tech Folder" in the right-hand corner. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Anyone want to give me a pointer to it?

I've searched the sticky FAQ and couldn't find it there either.

Try this for '05 MY: Blanket part number 3C3Z 16738 BD / the push pins come in packs of 4: N808842-S.
