Has anyone used some sort of traction device on your back while laying down to relieve your backpain?
Somewhat like an inversion table or inversion boots, but not those tools.
Gravity is compressing us.
I could have sworn I was 6'9' at one time'.
Now I'm.............................slightly, somewhat kinda shorter.
I heard it said that we lose an average of a 1/4" in height every ten years after age 18.
You could try hanging by your feet like a bat. You've never seen a short bat have you?
A lady I know used to be 6 foot but now she is about 5' 10". Her neck has disappeared. Her head sits on her shoulders. See what you have to look forward to when you get older?

I'm in trouble...I'm already vertically challenged, I can't afford to loose any height! The only way I'm growing now is out. Before long I'll be taller laying down than standing up! -TD
