hard starting 460
i have 95' 460 and usually it pops right of and some times it takes a little to get it going and now today when i went to go home it hardly started and when it it did it ran rough then cleared up,and after it sat when i got home i went out to start it,it did the same thing.. 
,i puzzle i just put a fuel filter in a month ago, i did notice it smelled rich if that helps? thanks

If you noticed it smells rich and you changed the fuel filter not too long ago are you sure you are not smelling a fuel leak? Mabey you split a line when you changed the filter and it is leaking and sucking air into the system. Check that first. If it looks good there are a number of other things it could be. If you can't find a problem with the fuel lines please give us an update.
