Dash light replacement

I need to replace one of the lights in my instrament panel. At night the side with the oil pressure gauge, battery, and the temp aren't lighting up same with half of the speedometer. Do i have to take the whole dash apart and the plastic piece the covers the gauges to get to the bulbs or is there an easier way? Thank you.

I don't know if you can reach up and take those bulbs out or not. They are all on one side. Do you suppose they have fiber optics that directs the light across to the other side?

no fiber optics, just plain ole 194 bulbs and yes the inst. panel must come out.
pretty straight forward job but be careful of the small cable for the shift indicator, disconnect it first.
