A great supporting actor in a very likable role. Taught me the secret to customer management. Under-promise and over-deliver.
Very sad to hear that. He was always my favorite character. (What do you expect, he was the one fixing stuff). I always liked it on the rare occasions he was left in command of the ship. Forget diplomacy, phasers to maximum, and light 'em up if they look at us funny. Very likable guy, too. He'll be missed.
