tach install/info "94
My father inlaw has a 1994 f250 4x4 ex cab auto and wants to install a tach.
Any how to would be helpfull and a good place on the internet to get them from would be great. I never installed one on a diesel. THANKS A LOT EVERYONE

Yep that's correct on the rpm sensor location. You should already have one as even without a tach the ecu that controlls the trans still needs to know how fast the motor is turning. I don't know for sure, but typically the wireing is already in place for the tach, all you would have to do would be to find an instrument cluster from a truck like yours but with a tack and plug and play
BTW my 1994 F-250 IDI TD has an e4od and factory tach.
