Hey Thanks all for the tips and I know where to come to get the info I need, after reading some post here and espically about how many miles each of you have on your ford trucks all I have to say is DAMN!!! I bitch and maon about me having 96,000 on my beautiful blue 99 ford ranger, standard.
I have posted about extremly low idle and almost turning off sitting on a stop sign or light and you all said, sounds like the IAC and I was not sure what that was, pictures of it and great links to that subject with part number was pointed out in the messageboard, it fitted a 98 something but all you said it would work on my 99 ford ranger..
I got it installed and now she runs like a beauty again.. thanks all. I have sent links to my other people that I know that own Fords and told them come here and get your answers..
Thank You, Robert! It's always good to hear from a satisfied FTE member. The help and experience available here is second to none. That's why we all stick around! -TD
