2000 Explorer using oil
I have a 2000 explorer with the 5.0 V8. It uses about 1.3 qts every 2500 miles. I purchased this vehicle back in Dec of 04, i also bought the extended warranty (3year/36000). So, is anyone else having this problem with there 5.0 V8 using oil? Will Ford do anything about this?
Also I crawled underneith the vehicle, and checked for leaks. No oil on my driveway, or parking space at work.

I doubt that Ford will do anything about it. How many miles are on the vehicle total? My truck goes through a quart about every 1000 miles, which is about the limit for what is considered excessive. Just over 1 quart every 2500 miles isn't considered excessive by any means, and likely nothing will be done for it unless you are footing the bill (unless there is obviously something broken). One thing you can try to help improve oil consumption is to replace the PCV valve with a new Motorcraft valve from the dealership. It should be 5 bucks or less, and if it cures the losing oil problem, then it will be worth it.
