Actual tech questions
The powers that be frown upon us using the chapter forum for tech so if this thread disappears it'll probably be in the axle and transmission forum. But, for some answers to your questions:
The seals on the 205 aren't hard to change at all. The old seals will just pry out or you can pound them out with a punch. To install the new ones you'd be best to pick up the tool for installing seals. I think Harbor Fright may sell them, not sure. Otherwise you can tap them in yourself using a piece of wood over the seal to keep even pressure on it. Clean up the seat really good before you put the new seal in, sometimes a little emery cloth isn't a bad idea. If you end up pulling any shafts you'll probably have to deal with the scary needle bearings. They can be a real nightmare but vaseline will help stick them in place so you can reassemble everything.
Milemarker hubs seem to do the job alright but personally I'd go for the Warn premiums which have a lifetime warranty. Then you won't feel bad at all when you break one.

Btw, for the t-case fluid just use gear oil, like you would in a manual tranny. ATF is for the aluminum t-cases, not the old school cases like we have.
I guess you learn from your mistakes. Thanks for the info.
I was just trying to clarify so I didn't do something catastrophic to my nice t-case. Looks like I will keep a magnet close incase i do lose any of thoes little needles so I can put it all back together right. I was looking at the warn premiums and they are actually a little cheaper andthe standard ones at 4wheelparts. I might look into getting one of thoes seal install kits because I have quite a few seals to change when I get home.
Thanks again!!
