Efi 5.0??

i have recently found a crown vic in my area with a 5.0 and an AOD tranny for a rather low price, if i was to purchase this car would i have any problems swapping the 5.0 in and pullin my 351W out? i know everything will fit and all but my main worriers would be with all the wiring and computer and whatnot...

You'd have to bring the computer at least. Also, depending on what you use your truck for, that's a pretty small engine to use.
