Fuel Guage
I have a 2000 F-250 with the V10. The fuel guage is stuck on full and ironcally at the same time the outside temp in the overhead console is reading approximately 40 degrees low. The miles remaining reading in the overhead console is very inaccurate as well. I replaced the temp. probe to see if it would cure one of the problems but it remains the same. Is my next move the microprocessor or am I haeded in the wrong direction??

The fuel guage thing happened to me as well. When i filled it up, it would stick at full until it was almost empty and then drop back down to E. I got sick of guessing how much gas i had so i took it to the dealership. Since it is still under warranty i had the fuel pump replaced and it hasnt happened since. That was at 19K, i am now at 25K with no problems. Thats all i can suggest for the guage problem. Havent had any of those other problems. Mine is a 2004 with a 5.4
