look for a set for a 78-79 with that same motor/tranny . 80-81 were funky years for the bronco making it hard to find stuff. you may still have to do some work on the headers themselves to make them fit.

i do not advise that. the reason is when you rig flex's so does your exhaust and if it cant flex then your header tubes can crack. ive seen it happen many times with longtube headers on full size trucks . gaskets are cheap, headers arent

sorry to hear that, ive never had or seen that problem. been doing it for twentysome years no different than welding up a stock exhaust. actually you have more strength with the multiple tubes of the headers verses single pipe on each side with stock exhaust. dont run generic headers

I have a set of M.A.C headers if you want to buy them. I will sell them if you want them. I bought them for my '95 but it has no EGR hook up. They are not stainless. I sand blasted them and painted them with silver 1200 degree paint. I never put them on my truck but they are used and in good shape.
