There was a guy in Tucson that shifted his bed a few inches back on the frame to allow for the stacks to come up behind the cab. It took a couple tries to get it right as he kept having paint issues from the heat. Eventually he wound up using the heat shields like you see on the big trucks. Plus there was a gap down low between the cab and bed directly under the stacks. He fixed that with some fiberglass panels that blended the gap.
