Airbag Light

I've got a '99 Superduty PSD. My airbag light has come on (doesn't flash, just on) and my blower motor doesn't blow any air. I have found a 10 amp fuse under the dash that was blown and when replaced keeps blowing. It blows the fuse at the initial key turn. I have the AC selector on off, so I am assuming power to the blower motor is off. I have ever so carefully disconnected the driver's side airbag, but still blows the fuse. I don't have a manual, so I don't know what fuse number it is or what else is run off of it. It is located clear on the top all the way toward the steering wheel. Any ideas? I have read that airbag stuff should only be handled by dealers, but I want to try and eliminate all other possibilities before that. Thanks people.

if you don't know what your doing with air bags , static electric charges could set them off, it's dealer time

If you have a cover on your fuse box area the fuse # is on the cover , give us the fuse # and we can help.
Yes airbag stuff should be handled by a dealer or a shop that knows what their doing with airbags.
