Air pump removal question...
Hi folks. I have an 86 F-150 4x4 with a 302 that I use strictly for work. That means hauling stuff around the "farm" so to speak. Can I remove the air pump(smog) from the endine without ant problems? Will the fuel injection computer still function ok?
I would really like to remove it if I can and plug or cap off all associated lines invloved.
Can I do this and still expect the engine to run ok?
The truck has 203K miles on it.
