Smile Pizza lovers

What is your favorite pizza? I'm not a meat hater, but lately I've been leaning toward veggie specials. Had one last night at a little independent pizzeria. Excellent.

Best pizza I ever had was in upper Michigan. It was called Chicago style. About 1-1/2" thick. Can't get that out my mind. Damn. Haven't had breakfast yet, and I want a pizza?

I like the "Meat Lovers" on a thin crust. Can't stand the thick crust pizzas. If I want a lot of dough, I eat a loaf of bread... :-)

Mmm, pizza...thick crust, Garlic/Chicken Ranch with Artichoke hearts, mushrooms and olives.

Or a combo, minus the green peppers and onions. I just don't do green peppers and onoins...on anything! -TD

Another good pizza I love to make is chicken pizza.Buy some pizza crust, ranch dressing bacon bits, onion, chicken, cheese and tomato.Don't add to much ranch other wise the crust gets soggy, and put the chicken, onions and bacon bits on the bottom, then the cheese and totmatos. And cook untill the crust is to your likeing. Its really good. After one time of making it ya can perrty much figure out if you want to use more or less ranch dressing.

plain pizza is my favorite, followed by white and pepperoni. The deep dish stuff...I had one in Chicago, and it was awful!! It was 2 inches thick, but it was all cheese! It was gross, that's too much cheese for anyone. The best pizza in the world is at Mack N Mancos in Ocean City, NJ. I promise you, you cannot find a better pizza anywhere...not in Chicago, not in Philly, not in NY. I've driven 60 miles each way for a lunch break for that stuff.

Smoked Pizza - made on a barbeque.

If I make it to the national Rally I will demonstrate it!

Imagine a PIZZA that tastes like hickory smoke, and has extra cheese, jalapenos, sausage, and all the trimmings...

Oooooooh........

(DUNNIT!)

PS: Gotta use JACK cheese for that, its some kinda FINE!!!!

I have one of those pizza pizzaz cookers, that is quite possibley one of the greatest inventions ever. I make pizza's and cook them on it all the time, they turn out perfect. Plus I warm up left over pizza on it and it comes off tasting almost as good as fresh. This thing will even make frozen pizza taste great. I buy a bunch of tombstones and add extra cheese and toppings to them and in about 13 minutes I got good pizza. Now I'm hungary!

Spread 2 crusts out made of homemade dough with a rolling pin - thin as you can get it....

Spread mozzarella on one of the crusts you lay out, and make a ring of cheese around the edges, then lay the other on TOP.

Pinch the edges together (you can use other kinds of cheese)

Build your pizza on THAT, people!!!!

PS: You can hide extra sauce, and meat, and other things between them too - it makes it a "Stealth Calzoni" !!!

*grinz* I'm a bad influence, I admit it!

Too much cheese kills me. My wife can't get enough. Sometimes I like mushrooms but I have to be in the mood for em. I think it should have a food group all to itself. BTW, my wife won't make a pizza unless it frozen. If I want fresh I have to make it myself. But that's for the best

I sometimes order easy on the cheese, heavy on the sauce. Just the opposite to what the wife likes. Double cheese and easy on the sauce. Figures!

Plain Cheese Pizza from Tower of Pizza in Marion Heights, PA.

Rectangular thin crust with American cheese (having a crusty outer shell to the cheese while runny underneath....always burns the roof of your mouth).

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
