98 Explorer wont start

Yeah yeah. The wife wanted a mini van - this is as close I would would go. (actually she hates mini-vans too.) But I just don't like the late model Explorers. Look too much like mini-van to me. And what about modifing them? How do you lfit a rack/pinion?
Anyway, with the little ones, and now there are 2, I wanted a big safe car. The Durango has side drop down air bags and it's AWD. Even though we don't get a lot of rain here in Phoenix, anytime you have more traction on the road it's going to be safer. Besides - it's got a big 360 V-8! When I get time, I'm getting a programmer to boost the power, R2D2! Also wonder if I can put a set of Hemi heads on it....?
