i was wondering if the driveshaft off a c6 tranny will work with a c4

not positive,but i think a C6 is longer than a C4

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 23-Dec-02 AT 02:24 PM (EST)]I think the C6 is about 3" longer than the C4 and also they have diffrent size yokes, but I am no expert. I have seen about 4 diffrent length C6 tailshaft housings depending on what application its in. I think the C4 has at least two diffrent lengths that I know of maybe more, you will have to measure. If it doesn't work its not very expensive to have it cut and redone at a driveline shop.
