Window Regulator Assembly
Hey; I understand the the WRA (window regulator assembly) - my acronym- packs a spring loaded punch. What's the best way to avoid the WRA from snappin at me? 
Why am I fiddling with the tailgate window/motor you ask?
FYI; After reading "many" rear window posts I have concluded that the "whirring sound" which comes from both the key tailgate motor and the toggle switch- drivers button- - comes from the chewed up bearing pins in the motor... window will go down if I forced it manually and grab the edge and hoist her up- not good.
